Materials and Supplies

For your first Art Therapy session, any writing tool (marker, pencil, ballpoint, crayon) and some paper will be enough to get started. Talk with me about the types of materials you have on hand, or would like to try!

Art Therapy sessions can include paint, clay, charcoal, and paper, or everyday items like buttons, cardboard, beads, or fabric. The type of art materials we choose will depend on your therapeutic needs and which materials interest you.

*For Fall 2026, clients who book 4 online or in-person sessions (within my region) will receive complimentary art supplies including watercolour paints and paper, collage materials, a journal, and much more.
