Materials and Supplies
What kind of art supplies do you need? Great question! For your first Art Therapy session, any writing tool (marker, pencil, ballpoint, crayon) and some paper will be enough to get started. Talk with me about the types of materials you have on hand, or would like to try!
Art Therapy sessions can include paint, clay, charcoal, and paper, or everyday items like buttons, cardboard, beads, or fabric. The type of art materials we choose will depend on your therapeutic needs and which materials interest you.
